Image and scope note
The house image is an illustrative concept created to explain how concrete, timber and landscape elements may be coordinated. It is not presented as a completed company project.
Floor area does not explain total cost
Slope, ground, access, foundations, retaining work, drainage, roof geometry, timber details and landscape scope can make two homes of the same area substantially different projects.
The 1.5-storey arrangement
Here, one-and-a-half storeys means one full level with usable partial accommodation under a pitched roof. Planning status, stairs, floor structure, insulation and windows need project-specific review.
Concrete structure and foundations
Foundations, columns, beams and slabs follow ground information, loads and structural design. Excavation, level changes, temporary slope support, concrete, reinforcement and formwork all influence scope.
Timber and landscape details
Timber roofs, verandas and facade accents require suitable sections, protection and connections. A stone landscape wall may retain soil or form terraces; its foundation, section and drainage depend on its actual function.
Access, drainage and programme
Village-road access affects concrete pumps, delivery vehicles and handling. Roof water, surface flow, foundation drainage and wall drainage should be coordinated, while rainfall must be considered in the construction programme.
